1. Respect other tenants' privacy & property

 

2. Do NOT damage ACH property (Inside or outside).

3. Keep living areas clean.

4. House Guests are not allowed to stay overnight without permission

​

5. Everyone should clean and pick up after yourself. No disrespect is to be given when asked to clean up after yourself.

​

6. You are to maintain good personal hygiene.

​

7. Everyone needs to provide proof of identity (and company) if asked. If someone does not comply with this rule, it can lead to immediate lease termination.

​

8. In order to provide a safer facility and family environment, a dress code is strictly enforced - including attire, clothing, and displaying offensive matter contrary to the family environment. Any non-traditional clothing that is considered inappropriate for a family environment is included in this.

​

9. Any form of sexual harassment can lead to immediate lease termination and/or criminal charges.

​

10. You are responsible for your own personal hygiene items, toiletries, food, and cleaning supplies.

​

11. Tenant is allowed to place a lock on their room door to protect personal belongings.

​

12. Rent is to be paid by the 7th of the month.

​

13. Anything given to a house is not to be taken without permission. If given to the house (couch/sofa, chair, etc.) it should remain the house property.

​

14. Rooms will be furnished when available.

​

15. Internet and cable are optional.
